A response is counted when a shopper starts a quiz (passes the welcome screen), whether or not they finish. The count covers all your quizzes together and resets at the start of each calendar month.

Yes. Upgrade any time from Settings → Plan & Billing — your new plan and limit apply as soon as the payment is confirmed. Billing is monthly, with no annual commitment.
No. The Free plan requires no payment details at all. You only enter billing information when you choose to upgrade.
Your quizzes stop accepting new shoppers until the next month, and visitors see a short “Quiz unavailable” message. Your quizzes, settings and existing responses are not affected, and upgrading raises the limit straight away.
On Shopify, uninstall the app from Shopify Admin → Apps and Shopify cancels the subscription. On WooCommerce, email support@shopper-quiz.com and your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle. Either way your plan reverts to Free, and your quizzes and data are kept.
Yes — all plans include both platforms. Shopify uses a Theme App Extension and WooCommerce uses a shortcode or Gutenberg block. One store per account.
Each ShopperQuiz account connects to one store. To run quizzes on multiple stores, install ShopperQuiz fresh on each store and create a separate account.
